The greatest passion of Fred Burks is the expansion and transformation of consciousness in ourselves and on our planet. Before resigning from his professional career with the U.S. Department of State in 2004 due to excessive secrecy demands, Fred served for 18 years as a language interpreter for hundreds of fascinating individuals from all walks of life, including such notable figures as Clinton, G.W. Bush, Gore, and Cheney. In this work, Fred participated in numerous secret meetings where only the key players and their interpreters were allowed.

After receiving a wealth of eye-opening information on major cover-ups from respected friends and colleagues, Fred was inspired to develop the popular website WantToKnow.info in late 2002. Continually opening to divine guidance, Fred has dedicated himself both to getting the word out about the cover-ups, and to inspiring others to help transform ourselves and our world through love and empowerment. He is currently executive director of the PEERS network of websites and manager of WantToKnow.info.

Before resigning from the US State Department in 2004 due to excessive secrecy demands, Fred Burks served for many years as a language interpreter for presidents and other dignitaries. He interpreted for Clinton, G.W. Bush, Gore, Cheney, and many other top officials of the US and other countries. Having participated in numerous secret meetings where the only people allowed were the principals and their interpreters, he has acquired important inside information and contacts.

As a participant in a global network of courageous individuals dedicated to the transformation of our world, he has also received an abundance of both deep inside information and inspiring, empowering information that we can all use to build a brighter future together.

Knowing of both the deeper aspects of politics of which few are aware and of the powerful transformation movements sweeping across our planet, Fred finds it most important to balance his interest in deep cover-ups with exploring and joining in on some of the many awesome movements taking place which invite more love, joy, and deep connection with ourselves, our communities, and our planet and universe. He is optimistic that we can and will build a brighter future together.
